Hi! My name is Krystal Carrillo, and I am a bilingual Spanish-speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in San Diego, CA. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping adults with diverse backgrounds who struggle with daily life stressors, boundaries, and feelings of self-worth.
