I work with ages 13 to 60+ and enjoy helping clients navigate a variety of life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, transitional concerns, life changes, self-esteem challenges, and stress management. I am most passionate about providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care as well as working with women and college-age adults transitioning into adulthood.
While I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, I ground my work in a strengths and values-based lens. My goal is to help you tap into what already makes you, you—your strengths, values, and inner resilience—to navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence.
