I earned my Master’s degree in 2022 and bring four years of clinical experience working with individuals, families, adolescents, and court-ordered clients. My background includes supporting clients navigating dual diagnoses and a wide range of mental health concerns, including substance use disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, and depression. I am deeply committed to ongoing growth, both personally and professionally, because I believe the best way to support others is to continually reflect, learn, and evolve.
In our first session, I would like to focus on getting to know each other and creating a comfortable, safe space for you to share. I’ll ask questions to understand what’s bringing you to therapy, and together we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing and the areas of your life where you’d like to grow or change.
