I work with teens, young adults, adults, and parents who want practical tools and real support. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship stress, or family dynamics, I’m here to help you feel more grounded, confident, and understood. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative.
I have experience supporting individuals from marginalized communities, including those impacted by incarceration, family separation, sexual exploitation, and parenting challenges. Using tools such as CBT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, and Motivational Interviewing to help you make sense of your experiences, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.
