I am deeply committed to providing trauma-informed care and expanding access to mental health services within BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. I value the importance of lived experience and representation in the field, and advocating for destigmatizing mental health through culturally responsive, affirming care. I also believe in the power of curiosity and creativity, so I integrate art and somatic movement as a therapeutic outlet.

My therapeutic style focuses on empowerment, helping clients identify and navigate challenges, tap into their strengths, and move towards greater autonomy and well-being.

Outside of my clinical work, I nurture my inner child through movement, creativity, and connection. You can often find me exploring nature, dancing, exercising, experimenting with crafts like ceramics, or reading a good thriller or sci-fi novel.
