Are you having difficulty in situations with unexplained behavior? Do you want clarity? It can feel out of control when you’re unsure what to do or how to find help. I offer supportive therapy for teens and adults so they can better handle life, work through any crisis they’re dealing with, and learn to thrive. I treat people who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationships. I also have experience working with military families at all stages. We can focus on any goals that are important to you, ranging from overcoming symptoms to dealing with difficult life situations.
I’m not here to judge. I provide a safe place where you can open up and express your authentic thoughts and feelings. I offer multiple types of therapies, depending on your needs and situation. I’m trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), which we can use if needed. It’s shown to be effective when other approaches don’t work.
