My expertise and specialization is anxiety disorders (OCD, panic, trauma, PTSD, generalized, social, performance, adjustments/transitions, relationship stress). I also treat other conditions like BPD, bipolar, depression, ADHD, addiction, and couples work. I use ERP, I-CBT, CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness based stress reduction.
I am also a certified yoga instructor and trained in meditation. I believe in a holistic approach. I love learning and study the most current psychotherapies. I combine my work experience, education and life experience to provide a clinical but down to earth approach to therapy. I am the owner of New Moon Counseling Inc and licensed in several states.
