Becoming a parent can often feel like it isn’t all that you’ve dreamed, and this can feel isolating, worried that you are the only one experiencing hard times with your child. I specialize in providing clinically sound attachment based therapy as an endorsed Infant Mental Health clinician. I believe that all parents are doing the best they can, and that sometimes old patterns, memories or beliefs get in the way. Through a relationship focused lens, we will figure this out together and uncover your inner wisdom and strengths.
