Yoda is one of my favorite characters because of his statement "do or do not, there is no try". But how does one do or not if one doesn't know what to do? Maybe you just feel stuck and don't know what you feel you need to do next or even want to do next. Helping you to identify the need, the goal, the ultimate issue is my goal. I work primarily with adults and senior adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and a host of other mental health concerns. I am LGBTQI+ and kink friendly. I am a certified trauma professional.
I use accelerated resolution therapy to help you heal from trauma, whether it is from childhood or something more recent. I am certified in A.R.T. and utilize it exclusively because of how quickly it helps you to resolve symptoms and the heavy load of trauma. And if you just need somewhere to vent or to seek an alternative viewpoint, that's also allowed.
I welcome the opportunity to help you heal from the past, regardless of how long ago that past happened, and help you bridge into the future. Relief is possible and your sessions are tailored to you and what you need and want. I offer compassion, don't judge, and listen with an open mind to what you have and need to say.
