About
Hi there, I'm so glad you're here looking for support. Experiencing difficult feelings and thoughts can be extremely isolating. You might feel stuck, maybe you've tried to express yourself but don’t have the words. Trauma or loss may have occurred or you may not know why you feel this way. Your new normal might include issues in your relationships, self-destructive behaviors, depression, anxiety, or loss of hope. I empathetically support clients in finding growth during times of heightened pain. Together we can build a connection to whatever lies beneath the surface, fostering understanding, acceptance, resilience, and relief.
I use art therapy and talk therapy modalities collaboratively with teen and adult clients. It is my belief that images and creative processes can give voice to your experience where words may have fallen short. You do not need to have any art experience to benefit from art therapy!
You are going through something hard and you don't have to be in it alone. Let’s explore your world creatively together. To each session, I bring a caring, non-judgmental presence, a willingness to journey with you into the dark places, and curiosity about what is important to you on your path towards healing. I have hope that things will get better.
