Trauma-Informed Therapy & Brainspotting in Indianapolis, IN I'm a licensed clinical social worker in Indianapolis, IN helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Since 2012, I've supported clients who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsure how to move forward-even when things appear "fine" on the outside.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. Therapy works best when you can show up as your full self. Humor and curse words? Totally welcome! I use a trauma-informed approach, including Brainspotting, to help clients process difficult experiences and build lasting change.
