I am a licenced psychologist dedicated to helping my clients navigate challenges including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and chronic health conditions. I believe that psychotherapy can help you discover more about yourself, navigate current conflicts, and come to better understand old patterns of thinking, feeling, and interacting with others. Therapy can challenge you to develop new perspectives and skills that better fit the person you are now and the direction you want to take. I will be there to help you learn to use these tools to manage difficult times and make meaningful transitions.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, grounded in existential and psychodynamic traditions, and informed by attachment theory and trauma research. I incorporate techniques including EMDR therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and solution-focuesed methods to tailor therapy to each individual's needs.
I enjoy supporting healthcare and mental health professionals, offering space to process secondary trauma and find sustainable ways to care for themselves while continuing to care for others. I also work with professionals and executives, helping them manage stress, gracefully navigate career transitions, and develop a satisfying work-life balance.
