Many are insightful and self-aware but still feel disconnected from themselves or trapped in cycles they can’t seem to shift. I integrate EMDR, IFS, CBT, and DBT to help clients better understand themselves, build emotional regulation, process painful experiences, and create lasting change in a compassionate, collaborative, and supportive space.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Using EMDR, IFS, CBT, and DBT, I help clients understand protective patterns, process painful experiences, strengthen coping skills, and build a more grounded, connected relationship with themselves and others.
