Over the last 20 years, I have had the immense privilege of working with many wonderful clients; embarking on a journey to commit to themselves, committing to change, and making a commitment to improve their lives. I consider myself humbled and honored to be a part of every client's journey to true emotional growth through this process that we take on as a team. I work with adolescents and adults struggling with life transitions, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, pregnant and postpartum women, the LGBTQ community, and those struggling with eating disorders and associated behaviors.
