About
Over the last 19 years, I have had the immense privilege of working with many wonderful clients; embarking on a journey to commit to themselves, committing to change, and making a commitment to improve their lives. I consider myself humbled and honored to be a part of every client's journey to true emotional growth through this process that we take on as a team. Together, in a trusting, compassionate, safe and goal oriented clinical alliance, is where this true growth occurs and blossoms and hope is restored.
My clients find me to be genuine, honest, and direct, in my clinical approach, identifying needs for treatment, and together tackling some of these most difficult challenges. This is done by discovering clinical perspectives and techniques best for you, readiness for treatment, and developing a trusting, honest, and respectful clinical partnership.
I work with adolescents and adults struggling with life transitions, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, pregnant and postpartum women, the LGBTQ community, and those struggling with eating disorders and associated behaviors.
