Grief and Loss
This therapy group focuses on creating a safe, secure, and nurturing space for adult individuals who have suffered a loss or a struggling with feelings of loss and/ or grief. Group sessions will focus on assisting group members in navigating the stages of grief and loss while developing positive coping skills to better manage depressed feelings, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, and other related concerns. New members must complete an initial intake session with the group facilitator to ensure appropriate fit.

Auricular Acupuncture Drop-In Sessions
Performed by: Kristy Bazzanella, LPC, ADS Cost per session: $10 Auricular Acupuncture Drop-In Sessions are offered in 1-hour time frames in which individuals may walk in and receive a 30 minute auricular acupuncture treatment by NADA-trained professionals who work collboratively with a Physician who is licensed in Medical Acupuncture. No appointment is necessary, but participants must arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the end of the session in order to receive a treatment.

Parent Child Interaction Therapy
Parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT) is a family-centered treatment approach proven effective for abused and at-risk children ages 2 to 8 and their caregivers-birth parents, adoptive parents, or foster or kin caregivers. During PCIT, therapists coach parents while they interact with their children, teaching caregivers strategies that will promote positive behaviors in children who have disruptive or externalizing behavior problems. Research has shown that, as a result of PCIT, parents learn more effective parenting techniques, the behavior problems of children decrease, and the quality of the parent-child relationship improves.
