I specialize in working with individuals who need support while experiencing life's transitions & stressors or who are engaging in stages of change. My approach is client-centered in order to foster personal growth and healing.
I work with adults of all ages in various stages of life. My focus is trauma-informed and evidence-based while incorporating mindfulness strategies. This holistic approach allows individuals to connect to their most authentic self and clarify their own goals in life.
I bring patience and empathy to every session to help each client feel heard. Our first session will be very relaxed and informal. I hope that we spend time getting to know each other as we establish a foundation of trust.
