Hello there! I look forward to providing supportive counseling services to those seeking inner peace among the chaos of life. I received my BA in Psychology, MA in Community Counseling, and have been providing licensed counseling services since 2013. I have predominantly worked with adults among multiple settings: outpatient, crisis unit, dual treatment facility, groups, and in home services. I am specialized in anxiety, depression, anger management, domestic violence, and trauma.
I like to get a feel for my client's needs and personality to determine the style of treatment. I lean towards utilizing solution-focused strategies, but will also use CBT, motivational interviewing, cognitive processing therapy, or any other approach that would benefit my client. I am also certified by NAMA as a Certified Anger Management Specialist - II.
