My experience and training is in working with adults facing anxiety, stress or anger, relationship issues, separations, anger/stress, grief, depression, childhood/family traumas, chronic pain and many other mental health issues. My sessions are uniquely tailored for each client's individual needs and are influenced by a wide spectrum of therapeutic approaches.
A typical session with me may include active techniques such as body oriented therapies, acting out sides of a client's inner conflict or dream, or working with the client's history to develop insight and self compassion and the ability to be more present to their current life.
I am certified as a Bioenergetic Analyst, Tension and Trauma Release Teacher and have studied and practiced various other body-mind methods. I have found bioenergetic analysis and other body-mind psychotherapies to be extremely effective in helping individuals and couples deepen their understanding of themselves and implement changes on a deep leveI.
