My clients tend to be creative and sensitive souls, ready to transform unhealthy relationships & patterns and embrace more joy. I work well with those who have a spiritual practice to lean on while integrating psychological insights for lasting change and healing. Among other things, I specialize in couple's communication skill building, healthy sexuality & healing from relationship trauma/intimate betrayal. Let's explore the roots of suffering/stuckness and open new paths to wholeness. Everyone has an innate capacity to grow & change in profound ways. My specialties include: Healing family of origin wounds, healthy sexualty, couples communication skills training, adult attachment theory, sex/love addiction or porn use problems and helping partners of addicts to set boundaries and rebuild healthy trust. Attachment theory, nonviolent communication, dreams and CBT (with a great sense of humor thrown in.)
Our time together is your healing sanctuary. We will draw from cognitive/affective neuroscience, and accessible practices of mindfulness, creative role play and the world's spiritual wisdom traditions as well as good ol' psychology. Those exploring Sacred Plant Medicine journeying, we can use our time together for integration and continued healing.
