I am IFS Level 1 Trained and love teaching these skills that will bring an inner peace that is lasting.
My specializations are trauma (sexual, verbal, emotional, physical), anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. I offer guidance using compassionate inquiry, somatic awareness, and parts work as well as EMDR, expressive arts and other evidence based practices to help you get to a place of curiosity and compassion for your human experience.
I have a multidimensional background of educational experience as well a clinical and holistic training, and will meet you on your path with non judgement.
