We all have ideas about how we "should" feel, what our life "should" look like, and how we are "supposed to" deal with the hardest parts of life. You wonder if you're depressed, you feel anxious at times, often stressed, maybe even ashamed, and wondering - is this normal, am I normal? You're spending a lot of timing zoning out - scrolling, drinking, getting high, or other unhealthy distractions - to dull the pain and pass the time but that's starting to cause problems too. You're handling the day to day but the weight of it all is heavy. You are unsure why it all feels so hard and want to find a better way forward.
I take my time to get to know you, I ask a lot of questions, and we'll work together to get clear on what the problems are and what's holding you back. I will help you better understand yourself, your patterns, and the barriers to change. I will also help you learn to be kinder to yourself. My clients describe me as easy to talk to, "human", and warm.
It's hard to be a person in this world these days. You don't have to figure it all out alone. I will walk beside you, working with you to chart the path forward.
