Passionate about helping clients struggling to find motivation for anything from the day-to-day routines of life, overcoming fears to digging deeper to identify unresolved feelings is my focus. Through the use of psychotherapy, CBT, and person centered theories as well as the strength based model, therapeutic goals that you the client have identified are addressed during sessions. My background in family therapy and communication allows me the gift of working with couples to strengthen their marriage through the practice of reflective listening with your partner while developing common goals to strive toward.
I offer counseling with those suffering from addiction, grief, trauma, interpersonal relationship distress, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, and walking with you to find your strengths through the darkness. Struggling with recovery from substance abuse and sobriety when therapeutic interventions can enhance one's recovery plan is also my focus.
