About
Dealing with the daily struggles of anxiety, stress, depression, or even trying to cope with traumatic past or current events can feel incredibly overwhelming, isolating and debilitating. As my client, I want to support you by providing a comfortable, caring space to talk about your challenges, while also providing skills and tools to help you manage these struggles and find a more balanced, joy-filled life.
The first session is typically a time to get to know each other. I will ask questions to better understand what support you need, while also giving you time to talk about what you feel is important to you. We will work together to clarify a good starting place and set goals, and I often provide some tools you can take with you as early as the first session.
If you are ready to start this wonderful (and sometimes scary) journey toward better health for your mind and body, I am here for you.
