The key to getting what you want starts with a healthy and reality-based self-esteem. I have great success at helping people cast- off their distorted core beliefs and see themselves for the valued and unique individuals they are. I am challenging, direct, honest, and genuine with my clients and am often told this is helpful and motivating.
With empathy and warmth I will help you to discover the unique and authentic person that is buried underneath the distorted negative beliefs you may have about yourself that may be a result of childhood abuse, critical or invalidating parents, childhood bullying, an abusive marriage, or your own perfectionism. This is an expertise of mine.
