I believe that as human beings, we are always growing and evolving. My decision to become a therapist stems from my own journey through life’s transitions, as well as my deep, innate passion for helping others navigate their own challenges.
With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I have supported clients through a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, addiction, loss, and trauma. My approach focuses on helping individuals develop healthier thought patterns, build emotional resilience, & cultivate effective coping skills.
