As a certified Special Education teacher and therapist, let me help you take your power back from anxiety, panic, intrusive thoughts, and relational issues. I can help undo maladaptive patterns of relating to others and coping. I have experience working in schools. I can help with obsessive thoughts and behavioral issues for adults, children, or teens.
I offer PCIT Therapy for relational issues within the family system for young children under age 8. I also do individual counseling for all people with Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Trauma, Children/Adults with Autism, or Intellectual Delays. I offer weekend sessions in person or online.
