Infidelity Recovery
Please attending our informal and confidential group meeting pertaining to Infidelity. This is a forum of support for couples and individuals dealing with affairs. Some topics include: obsessive thoughts and what to do about them, communication or lack of communication, never ending questions, managing triggers, statistics of affairs, prevention, etc. This group was devised as a cost effective, supplemental form of support (in addition to therapy and self care) for those who feel alone in their experience facing infidelity. This is supportive atmosphere and all are welcome to attend. RSVP is required.
Girl Power - Youth & Teen Group
Teen Support is group therapy offered for girls with concerns that deserve to be talked about. Always confidential, topics will include anxiety, stress, bullying, academic concerns, family & friend issues, social media, on-line use, safety and more. Feelings such as depression, loneliness and related topics may be discussed. Tools for managing and understanding these emotions will be explored.
