I believe that many of our struggles began as survival patterns that once helped us feel safe. Over time, though, those patterns can leave us feeling small, unseen, or far away from who we really are.
In therapy, I use an experiential and relational approach to help clients slow down, tune into their emotions and body, and notice old protective habits with gentleness instead of shame. Together, we work on building self-compassion, healthy boundaries, and authentic connection with yourself and others.
My style blends evidence-based therapy models such as Family Systems/Attachment Based Therapy, IFS, CBT/DBT/ACT, The Gottman Method, Experiential Therapy and ART, with mindfulness and spirituality for those who want it. I see therapy as a collaborative process where you don’t just learn to cope, but discover freedom, safety, and wholeness.
