I believe that each of us have the tools within ourselves to achieve optimal mental health and relational functioning, which is why I use a collaborative approach with my clients to develop and work toward their goals. I offer a safe and inclusive space for my clients to explore their identities, relationships, needs, and desires. I have experiences working with adults, adolescents, and couples, with a particular focus on perinatal and maternal mental health, early family experiences, LGBTQIA counseling, gender identity, consensual non-monogamies, and women's issues.
I have specialized training in the treatment of perinatal mental health (to include mood and anxiety disorders throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period, traumatic birth experiences, infertility, and pregnancy loss), couples and family therapy (including non-traditional relationships), ethical non-monogamies, LGBTQIA+ issues, and gender identity.
I believe that each of us are uniquely human and have our own tools that help us cope with life's ups and downs. This means that while I am a professional and have some extra tools to offer, I am also human and I value your insight.
