Hello! I'm Kristine White and I look forward to working with you. I'm a Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor, LPCC, and passionate about helping clients through life's challenges to live their best life. I approach therapy with an eclectic variety of approaches to meet the client's individual needs, with a special interest in women's issues, grief, and life transitions. I work from a holistic wellness perspective, incorporating mindfulness based, coaching, psychodynamic, humanistic, attachment theory, and solution focused therapy.
My clinical experience includes working with women, children, and families that have experienced life transitions, grief, and loss. I'm most comfortable treating women and families that are ready to grow and pursue creating their best life.
My communication style is characterized as nurturing, genuine, curious, and honest, all in the pursuit of true growth in sessions. I believe clients should feel heard, supported, and challenged in a respectful way to meet their goals.
