I have extensive experience guiding my clients to heal patterns of stress, anxiety and depression, conflict in communication, social anxiety, OCD, C/PTSD, self-harming and eating disorders.
I guide both adults and teens through growth and healing, whether it be a life transition, on-going stress or a deep fear or despair. I can help your high-achieving and high-stress student navigate emotions and manage time. I can help your underachieving or withdrawn teen to take rewarding steps and accomplish meaningful goals.
