I have 8+ years experience specializing in grief/loss, anxiety, trauma, domestic and sexual abuse, relationship issues, and infertility/postpartum issues. I have completed training in Brainspotting, TF-CBT, and Gottman Couples Therapy. I work with individuals, couples, and parents. My approach is integrated and shifts according to your healing needs.
