I work with my clients to craft a space where they can grow and learn tools and skills to incorporate into their lives over the long term; to help navigate life challenges and transitions.
As a therapist of color, I focus on working with my clients of color to process the impact of being a POC in America today, and to explore how they can navigate the world while being unapologetically and authentically themselves, within the multiple systems they incorporate and live within.
With a collaborative, holistic, client-centered approach; my clients will be able to make and met goals to help them create a life where they are thriving and present. A few areas of focus I work with include anxiety, depression, parenting, life transitions, racial trauma, racial identity, complex trauma, and social injustices.
