I work with adults, children, and couples managing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, and relationship conflict. I offer trauma-informed, integrative therapy using client-centered, mindfulness-based, narrative, and solution-focused techniques. As a 24-year military veteran with three combat deployments, I bring deep insight into military life, crisis response, and building resilience. Therapy is collaborative, practical, and personalized. I meet clients where they are and help them grow.
