Oftentimes we are trying to operate in our 24/7 culture when we are in fact cyclical beings...Learn the practice of Menstrual Cycle Awareness to become in sync with yourself and harness the natural powers of your monthly rhythm. Soothing by Moving
Move your body AND bond with baby! This is a community movement class for parents and their babies who are navigating the postpartum period, and wish to feel connected with their bodies again while also creating calm and comfort with their little. Through guided movement and responsive play, you will learn to connect, bond, and co-regulate with your child in a safe, relaxing environment. Held at Dance of Life, LLC all Tuesdays except 2nd Tuesday of the month.

Postpartum Support/Bonding Class
Held at the Birds and the Bees Maternity Center, this group will combine support with other community members in postpartum with embodied bonding/attunement guidance through the Dyad Dances structure by Dance of Life, LLC. Come share in the delights and difficulties of the postpartum stage and learn some useful tools for self- and co-regulating with your baby while bonding in an embodied way. Held the 2nd Tuesday of every month starting on 5/12/26.
