There are many challenges facing us in today’s world. Having the ability to understand when we need a little extra support is essential. My clinical experience over 30 years has allowed me to utilize my education with life experience to provide a safe place to work through these challenges. I utilize a variety of tools in session, and provide a warm, laid back environment to allow the opportunity to practice their use. We will set the goals together to help you move towards achieving the results you want.

Throughout my career, I have worked with adults and adolescents in a variety of systems: foster care, probation, veterans service, and have served on a Veterans Treatment Court. I am also a STAR provider that enables me to work with veterans in a civilian population.

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression/trauma/anxiety related to past experiences. During our initial sessions, we will collect a history that may help explain struggles and work to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
