I am on hold taking new clients at this time. There are moments in life when we may feel lost, overwhelmed or hopeless due to circumstances in our life. When we can truly embrace and explore our current circumstances, we can then courageously change or enhance our lives - be it in love, relationships, health, fitness, work, or even money. Life is filled with joyous and painful events. Some of the greatest gifts can come through the most painful events of our lives. I am consistently amazed at the human resiliency that I see in the people that I support!
Topics in individual therapy include depression & anxiety, growth, self-awareness, anger management, and stress management. Couples work often centers on communication, conflict resolution, and emotional & physical intimacy. Common topics with families include conflict between siblings, improving communication skills, boundary setting, life-transitions, and developing strategies to resolve specific challenges.
My desire in therapy is provide a safe and supportive environment while exploring the areas in your life that you would like to change or improve. I work collaboratively with my clients, while also providing specific tools and techniques to help begin the process of change and growth.
