I specialize in working with individuals and couples to bring about the changes you most want to see in yourself and your relationship.
I am certified in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) which is a model developed by Terry Real. I am extensively trained in Pia Mellody's functional adult model (Post Induction Therapy), Advanced/Master therapist in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and am a certified Discernment Counselor. I also offer weekend family of origin workshops called "Finding your Power."
