Groups
UMB Social, Creative & Dating Skills Groups

I run 3 small therapeutic/recreational groups: 1: 20-30 somethings who are neurodiverse/typical & have social anxiety who are seeking friendship/connection. 2: Teens/adults with ASD who have a strong creative passion for writing/music/film/tv/art/drama & cultural criticism. Members engage in intellectual discourse, creative collaborations & go on outings/wilderness adventures to encourage reciprocal friendships & bonding; working on social skills & personal goals. Clients are free to be themselves without judgement with like-minded peers who accept them for who they truly are. 3. Dating skills/matchmaking events for neurodiverse adults. Groups on HOLD.
