With the right support, the severity of symptoms of ADHD, depression & anxiety, life transitions, grief, or other struggles can be reduced.
I will meet you where you're at, help you address symptoms to increase joy. I offer a therapeutic setting where every session is tailored to the age, individual needs, & goals of each client. Traditional & trauma-informed methods such as EMDR & CBT are integrated with expressive arts, Reiki, & mindfulness practices to promote holistic wellness.
