Life is unpredictable and can be very messy at times. We all have a journey to take, and sometimes along the way we get lost....My path is one of changes, inspiration and hope....I had to start over - maybe you can relate? I have much experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, addiction and many mental health issues. I thoroughly enjoy helping people overcome challenges and together find the way to a full and meaningful life. I feel strongly about the empowerment of the client and healing the mind, body and spirit.
I maintain a safe space for individuals to explore interpersonal conflicts that cause emotional pain. Change starts with the individual's understanding of what is not currently working. Understanding trauma & how differently each person defines it is an important aspect for change. I believe everyone already has their own answers.
