I draw on research-based techniques to work with individuals (age 18+) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and more. With an Emotionally Focused approach, I help couples improve communication and deepen connection. As we work together, you will develop skills to make lasting positive change in your life.
In addition to my clinical experience, I have been trained in holistic/spiritual counseling. Whatever your beliefs and values may be, whatever has meaning for you, my goal is to provide respect, care, and support by integrating those important aspects of your life into your counseling experience.
