My path began in the world of business, but after years of deep inner work and breaking long-held patterns, I found my true calling: guiding others through meaningful transformation. My holistic perspective focuses on aligning your mental mind, physical body, and inner self to foster harmony and balance in your life. The journey can leverage various techniques as I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), am an ADHD-CCSP as well as a Reiki Master in the Usui System.
While this process may also involve assessment and diagnosis, it is rooted in the inner knowing "heart center" of each individual. Together, we’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing by illuminating patterns, learning how they shape our life and relationships, and seeing ourselves as the "heart" to igniting meaningful change within.
