My name is Kristine Fernandez, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the beautiful and sunny state of California. I have worked with all ages and specialize in trauma-informed care by using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Humanistic therapy to help my client understand patterns and build hope within themselves and others.
My therapeutic approach is based on the understanding trauma impacts everyone differently and being vulnerable to talk to someone provides the opportunity to increase awareness and insight. In Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Humanistic therapy, I want to empower my clients to make progress by highlighting strengths and accepting changes at their pace.
