I do not not practice a one-size-fits-all type of therapy (this true for life coaching too). I am trained in Cognitive Based Therapies- Cognitive Behavioral, Cognitive Processing (primarily for trauma), Acceptance and Commitment, and Written Exposure Therapy (WET-what an acronym, right? WET!
