I do not not practice a one-size-fits-all type of therapy (this true for life coaching too). I know it can be difficult to begin a journey of healing-we all want to live a life full of passion, personal happiness, and career success. Yet, trauma and negative patterns, or what I call Tender Spots in the body, and soul can keep us from living our best life. Working with me will not just be about therapy, it will be about connection-to yourself (new self-schemas), connection to your thoughts (bygone those negative thinking patterns!), and a renewed connection to your environment (new world-schemas).

I specialize in working with the cognitive (front lobe 12 %,) brain in tandem with the subconscious brain (emotional $88%). Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, and enhanced by incorporating up to date techniques, with emphasis on creating a space where clients feel seen. I work very well with creative types, which I call brainstorming sessions.

I emphasize a supportive and non-judgmental approach. We will explore the reasons behind setbacks, identifying any barriers or challenges that may have kept you from living your best life. Together, we can adjust your strategies and goals as needed, ensuring that you continue to feel motivated and empowered on your healing journey.
