I enjoy working with children, adolescents, families and young adults regarding a variety of emotional/behavioral issues. I find value in working collectively with the child and parent to better manage symptoms that revolve around school difficulties, oppositional and defiant behaviors, anxiety, depression, suicidality, self-harm, trauma, mild autism/Asperger’s, aggression, stress, self-esteem, communication difficulties and life changes or transitions.
I use evidenced-based interventions such as cognitive therapies and trauma informed therapies. This provides you with individualized care to meet your needs and work towards your goals.
If you are interested in seeking out supportive services please reach out. Many individuals and families are often overwhelmed with responsibilities and it can be difficult to prioritize needs and mental health. I offer flexible hours to help accommodate your needs and understand the barriers that make it challenging to get started.
