I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I use clinically approved approaches tailored to the needs of my clients such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy (PCT), and Internal family systems (Trauma treatment).
