Our work will strengthen your resilience, ability to cope and adjust. Areas of focus are: relationships, narcissistic abuse, parenting, loss, care taking. Psychotherapy allows for gaining awareness of how your history, biology, and emotions came together to create who you are, as well as, learning how to regulate your emotions, to have a healthier and more fulfilling life, work and love.
Strengthening your resilience is my speciality. Your attainment of well-being, independence, the capacity to love, work, or be divorced is paramount. I come from an interpersonal-relational perspective and incorporate psychodynamic and relational therapies. I specialize in treating life transitions. I will be with you on your journey.
I do tele-therapy over your computer using a hipaa compliant secure platform. I am a therapist, as well as a divorce coach and divorce mediator focusing on narcissistic abuse/high conflict divorce/custody battles. I also meet with judges, lawyers, and court officials, as well as do psychological/custody evaluations, offer expert testimony and coparenting.
