My main interest is working with teens and adult females to help them feel empowered in their daily lives. My experience is working clients who grew up with alcoholism/addiction in their family of origin, those who struggle with depression and anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, infertility, grief, posttraumatic stress disorder, self harm and eating disorders.
I draw from a variety of Clinical Models including: Experiential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, Addiction Therapy/12 steps, Trauma, as well as from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My areas of special interest include: Art Therapy, DBT, Anxiety, Addiction, Grief, Self Harm and Family issues around addiction.
