I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience. I earned my Master’s degree from St. Mary’s College of California in 2015 and have received training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Perinatal and Postnatal Mental Health. In 2023, I also became a Certified Doula.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning we would focus on creating a space where you feel fully heard, valued, and understood. I believe in being open and flexible, adapting to your needs as we work together toward your goals. We’ll take a big-picture view, exploring not just the challenges you’re facing now but also the deeper patterns.
